Concept
Prisme d'Amour is a fictional perfume brand positioned as elegant, romantic, and fashion-forward, with production rooted in France. The visual concept draws inspiration from stained glass, using layered color, light, and geometric structure to evoke luxury and timeless craftsmanship. This approach was chosen to reflect both the emotional allure of fragrance and the sophistication associated with French cosmetics, while giving the packaging a distinctive, jewel-like presence.
Description
This project involved designing cosmetic packaging for a perfume product, including all required product text and hierarchy, as well as constructing a custom paperboard box. The design emphasizes clarity, readability, and refined visual balance while maintaining a bold, modern aesthetic. In addition to the visual design, the project required research and development work, including a written marketing plan and trend-based color exploration through thumbnail sketches. The final deliverable was a full-color print that demonstrates both graphic design precision and structural problem-solving in packaging construction.
